A fire broke out in a third floor apartment building at 258 S. 156th near Highline High School Friday.

An apartment fire near Highline High School has closed S. 156th Street in Burien, except for school traffic, according to sources.

The fire happened on the third floor of an apartment building located at 258 S. 156th Street, according to the Kent Fire Department.

The structure is on the south side of Highline Memorial Stadium near Moshier Field.

There were no injuries.
