Mojo Pork Hash: Braised mojo pork shoulder spatched with roasted sweet potatoes, chayote squash & yucca. Topped with two poached eggs & served with thick sliced macrina Giuseppe & grilled pineapple.

Ensalada de la Isla: Cumin-lime marinated grilled chicken, pickled Fresno chilies, grilled sweet corn & mango salsa served over romaine & watercress tossed in pineapple vinaigrette. Topped with crispy tobacco onions.

Island Mussels: Half-pound of Penn Cove mussels sautéed with bacon in cumin, cilantro, Serrano pepper & ginger spiked coconut milk.

Gambas Al Ajillo: Spiced rubbed shrimp sautéed in sour orange-garlic mojo over a panko breaded black bean cake and a tuft of watercress dressed in pineapple vinaigrette.

Jerk Spiced Hanger Steak: Spice Rubbed & grilled 7oz steak served with mashed potatoes & quick cooked mojo collard greens with orange supremes.

Puerco de Cuba: Spice rubbed, slow braised & glazed pork shoulder with Jose’s moros y christianos. Finished with sour orange-guajillo pepper reduction & served with mango-avocado salsa.
