On Tuesday (June 30) around 1:45/2 p.m., a green SUV accidentally crashed into the front of B&E Meats, located at 15003 Ambaum Blvd SW in Burien. No injuries were reported, but the store suffered some damage, with broken windows, knocked-over shelves and more, including possible structural damage to the front. The Jeep suffered minimal cosmetic damage, and was towed away. According to the Driver, he accidentally pushed the gas when he thought the vehicle was in reverse. Only problem was, the car was still in drive. 1. There’s just gotta be more to this story, i.e. the age or condition of the driver. Even if he thought he was in reverse, why was he apparently hitting the pedal so hard that it jumped the curb and did this kind of damage. Hope we get some updates! I love this place and anyone who hurts it hurts me (OK…maybe that’s a bit much….but you catch my drift).
