A Blood Drive will be held Monday, July 20 at St. Francis of Assisi, located at 15236 21st Avenue SW in Burien.

THIS IS A WALK-IN BLOOD DRIVE. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.

Hours: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
(closed 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm)

  • On July 6th, a 27 year old female at the University of WA Medical Center needed 24 units of blood due to blood loss during the delivery of her baby.
  • On July 9th, a 46 year old male, also at the University of WA Medical Center needed 39 units, during a heart transplant.
  • On July 14th, a 59 year old male at Evergreen Medical Center was transfused with 34 blood components due to an aortic aneurysm (bulge in aorta that can burst and lead to serious bleeding)

These patients were all supported from the generous donations of Bloodworks Northwest volunteer blood donors. We hope you can attend the blood drive below and help ensure a plentiful blood supply for whoever may need it next. Thank you.
