Courtesy Alisa Lemire Brooks of the Orca Network comes this great video showing a pod of Orca Whales passing Burien’s Three Tree Point around sunset on Sunday, Oct. 4:

“Sunset close pass-by of what I believe is the T101s (based on earlier confirmed IDs and the line this pod took the entire stretch of central Puget Sound),” Alisa said. “At the end of the day of tracking and following approximately 15 orcas from Edmonds, I planted myself at Three Tree Point, Burien hoping to catch the pod that had traveled unusually close to King County side all day. I arrived just as the sun was setting and planted.”
