Be Yoga Burien has a solution to keep you centered. Starting Sunday, Dec. 20, Be Yoga Burien will continue their series of donation classes to benefit The Africa Yoga Project. The Sunday offering is a Candle lit Yin and Yoga Nidra class From 6-8 p.m.

- Christmas Day 9:30 am, Silent, Candle Lit 60 min Bikram with Nina
- January 1st, 5 pm Bikram 60 with Steph

100% of your donation goes to Africa Yoga Project. Be Yoga Burien has made an ambitious commitment to send teacher, Stephanie Ootsman to Kenya. There she will be certified to teach Baptiste Yoga, and as part of her commitment she must raise $4K, 100% going to AYP.
