Advertiser Pit Stop Bottle Shop – well known as the place to go for hard-to-find craft beers – is now offering a full restaurant menu, and will be hosting a grand restaurant opening and ribbon cutting party this Saturday, Jan. 9, from 4–6 p.m.

All are invited!

Pit Stop Bottle Shop is locally-owned by John and Joey Hopps. John had always dreamed of owning his own place since he started home brewing over 20 years ago. With his wife Joey by his side they opened Pit Stop Bottle Shop in 2014. Pit Stop Bottle Shop is a premiere bottle store with beer also on tap for growler fills. There are over 500 craft beers available so you are bound to find something to suit your taste, and now they are offering the perfect pairings with their brand new restaurant menu!

Just a few of the amazing offerings on their new menu include a Meat Loaf Burger, Pork Skewers with Adobo Sauce, and Apple Wood Smoked Barbecue, coming every Thursday starting Jan. 14, 2016!

John and Joey are excited to share their new restaurant menu with the Burien community.

“We plan on bringing some really unique menu items to Pit Stop,” Joey said. “We want a diverse menu where everyone will be able to find something that suits their tastes.”

Also, there will be opportunities to win prizes such as gift certificates and merchandise!

Congrats on the addition, John and Joey! I really like those pinball machines too…lots of fun there. We’ve tried the pork skewers and lamb burger so far and were impressed!
