Environmental Science Center’s Spring Fundraiser will be Saturday, March 5

Burien’s Environmental Science Center (ESC) will be holding its annual Spring Fundraiser on Saturday, March 5.

Held at the Normandy Park Cove, ESC’s Spring Fundraiser Celebration will include a happy hour from 5–6 p.m., a raffle, wine wall, dinner, dessert dash, and exhibits and special presentations about ESC.

You will be the first to see a film highlighting the OpenROV robotics program that AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) students from Highline High School took part in.

You can get your tickets online, by phone, or by mail with “Tickets” written in the memo.

Join the Environmental Science Center for an evening of fun at their Spring Fundraiser Celebration!

The ESC delivers over 300 science-based programs per year to schools located throughout south King County.

The majority of these environmental programs are free or highly reduced and target underserved populations.

You are warmly invited to learn about and recognize the work that ESC staff and volunteers have done this past year.

WHEN: Saturday, March 5th, 2016; Doors open at 5:00 pm

WHERE: Normandy Park Cove, 1500 Southwest Shorebrook Drive, Normandy Park.
