Burien/King County Sheriff’s Officer Sgt. Jason Houck finished the 2016 Boston Marathon on Sunday, April 17, coming in 2,156th place out of 30,741 runners. That’s in the top seven percent! As we’ve previously reported, Houck is a known “Ironman” and athlete who has participated in numerous competitions before. He has been with the King County Sheriff’s Office for almost 16 years, and has been a Burien Officer since 2012. In 2014, he received a Lifesaver Award in recognition of his response to an unconscious 10-month old baby. Congrats Sgt. Houck!]]>
