Kudos to the first artist’s submission for the August Community Art Exhibit at the Burien Arts Gallery, 826 SW 152nd Street:

Now everyone, finish up your art and submit to the Gallery by Monday, Aug. 1st. (by noon if possible…they’re hanging the show in the afternoon.)

Don’t forget Shakespeare in the Park this Saturday, July 30th (Merry Wives of Windsor…and Falstaff! Bring chairs, food, and drink (no alcohol) to Dottie Harper Park, 421 S.W. 146th St., next to Burien Community Center. Sit back and enjoy the show!

Burien Arts’ Student Art Shops program made masks this week! (10-noon, Thursdays, Burien Library, multi-purpose room. Only two sessions left for elementary aged students.
