The King County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that just before 4:30 a.m. Thursday morning (Nov. 3) they responded to a report of a fire and possible hate crime in Burien.
An explosion and fire happened at a home in the 12400 block of 20th Ave S. in the Boulevard Park neighborhood of Burien (map below).
When police arrived, the fire department was already on scene fighting the fires, which included two cars in the driveway of the house as well as a shed nearby.
Police say that there was also anti-Jewish graffiti spray painted on the shed wall and front door.
King County Fire Investigators have determined the fires are arson, and detectives are investigating to see if this is a hate crime.
The case is active and no further info is available at this time.
