A Karaoke Fundraiser for local animal charity The Gilded Feather Foundation (GFF) will be held Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 8 p.m. at The Point, located at 435 SW 152nd Street in Burien.

The GFF was founded in 2016 to host an event contributing to the education of exotic companion bird owners, with the latest developments in nutrition and behavior, thereby helping lower the amounts of exotic birds that end up in local rescues and/or sanctuaries that are already so overcrowded.

The GFF also chooses a local non-profit animal organization to be the recipient of an annual grant awarded by the board of directors.

This event will feature Tito’s vodka and all sales from Tito’s vodka will go towards the charitable fundraising efforts. There will be a special Tito’s bar set up in the back for convenience.

Raffle tickets will be sold during the event and will be drawn throughout the duration for special donated prizes.

Local Seattle Karaoke “K.J.” Christopher Mychael will be the karaoke host for this event, bringing his years of experience, extensive catalog of songs and his own special flare to the Karaoke stage.

The event begins at 8 p.m., and concludes when the bar closes.
