Courtesy Elston Hill comes this photo of big puffy clouds Wednesday afternoon (Feb. 22) seen over the Ro-Ro Carrier North Star on its 1600 mile voyage to Tacoma from Anchorage as it passed Blake Island.

FYI, ‘Ro-Ro Carriers’ are vessels designed to carry wheeled cargo that Roll-On/Roll-Off.
