“This is the rainiest and coldest winter/spring in 30 years,” Elston said. “The combined Feb./March rain is greatest on record going back 140 years. And now there is rain predicted for the next seven days. To help my friends in the Pacific Northwest avoid the blues, here are a few pictures of our fair weather yesterday and today.”
