Photos and Story by Isabel Herbruger, age 13

The Bears lost 3-11 to the Everett Merchants on Friday, June 9, 2017.

HHS Pirate Senior Tara Nester sang the National Anthem, and did an incredible job:

The opening pitcher was Colin Brown (#31). The closing pitcher was Derck Brown (#33), who is a returning Bear from last year.

The Les Schwab inner tube race winner was cheered on by her brother, #6 from the Merchants, during the race.

Lots of foul balls during this game made it a long cold game, but the hot chocolate from the concession stand was great.

There are still a few Bears missing from the team photo, they have to finish their school first.
