REMINDER: Heads up, Burien – Highline High School’s Key Club’s Run to Fund is happening Saturday, June 24 at Highline Memorial Stadium:

Join us, Sweet Breeze ice cream, and your fellow community members (children and adults) in a 5k fun run for a good cause!

We’re dedicating this event to funding children’s cancer research. That said, over half of the proceeds from this event will go towards the Kiwanis Children’s Cancer Program (KCCP). Our goal is to donate at least $2,000!

In addition to admission, each $15 ticket comes with:

  • A voucher for a free scoop of ice cream from Sweet Breeze
  • A ticket to enter a raffle with prizes from local shops and restaurants, such as Collins Chiropractic and the Greek House
  • A free pin, and
  • An opportunity to participate in fun activities

Sweet Breeze will also donate half of their earnings from this day towards KCCP, so also feel free to visit their shop after the run to try our very own Pirate Cookie flavor, made in honor of this event!
