REMINDER: This Saturday, Sept. 9 – from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. – the grounds at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Renton will once again come alive with vibrant music, dancing, eating, drinking, bouncing and all around English-themed fun.

Pip! Pip! Cheerio it’s time for the English Fête!

There is so much to see and do:

  • Enjoy Live music by Celt Check (pictured above)
  • Watch Sound and Fury Morris dancers and even learn a dance yourself as they lead a demo (video below)
  • Smash crockery
  • See who can Chuck a Rubber Chicken the furthest!
  • Send a HUG card of encouragement to Harvey Survivors and/or make donations for recovery.
  • Visit the Beer Garden or pub
  • Enjoy Ice cream and sweets at the cake stall
  • Guess how many balloons are in the Mini Cooper
  • Dig in to Bangers and Mash,Shepherd’s pie, Meet or veggie pies or other English style favorites.
  • View a spinning wheel demo and hands-on wool carding activity
  • Admire British cars and vote for your favorite
  • Kids can bounce in the bouncy castle
  • Play classic English carnival games and redeem winnings for prizes
  • Bid on Silent Auction treasures
  • Reserve now to enjoy High Tea in the brimming garden ( call/text 206-661-8820 or email [email protected] to reserve. Spaces are still available for 1:30 pm seating)
  • Purchase raffle tickets to win a Victoria Clipper trip or Seahawks Fan package featuring a collector’s football signed by Seahawk Legend Steve Largent
