As part of an ongoing investigation, Burien/King County Sheriff’s Detectives served a search warrant on a residence in the 17400 block of Ambaum Blvd. S. (map below).

Inside they found 16 firearms – 9 of which were reported stolen – and more than one pound of methamphetamines.

Police also found cocaine, Suboxone, heroin, and hundreds of bottles of liquor which were seized as suspected stolen property.

A 45-year old male suspect was booked into jail for being a felon in possession of handguns, possession of drugs, and possession of stolen property.

“Our detectives did an outstanding job on this investigation and this arrest has made the community safer,” Capt. Bryan Howard said.

  1. Would be interesting to know how long it took for all this stuff to be accumulated. Just this year? a couple years? or, several years? How long had the guy been living there?
