Here’s what’s on the agenda for Monday night’s (Mar. 5) regular Burien City Council meeting:

The Burien City Council will hold two Special Meetings before the regular one starts:

  • 5:30 p.m.: To discuss naming the 2017 Citizen of the Year Award recipient(s)
  • 6:15 p.m.: For the purpose of conducting Burien Airport Committee and Parks & Recreation Board interviews.

7 p.m.+: BUSINESS AGENDA:

  • Motion on Naming the 2018 Annual Citizen of the Year Award Recipient(s). (Brian J. Wilson, City Manager)
  • Discussion and Potential Action to Appoint a Burien City Council Alternate Elected Representative to the Highline Forum. (Brian J. Wilson, City Manager)
  • Discussion and Potential Action to Appoint a Burien City Council Representative to the Burien Airport Committee. (Brian J. Wilson, City Manager)
  • Discussion on Source of Income Discrimination. (Brian J. Wilson, City Manager)
  • Review of Council Proposed Agenda Schedule. (Brian J. Wilson, City Manager)
