Neighborhood favorite Endolyne Joe’s has captured the attention of a loyal West Seattle and Burien audience over the years, and now a national audience will learn why so many folks love to “Eat at Joe’s!”

The popular restaurant and lounge will be featured in an episode of the travel Channel’s hit series “Eat at Joe’s”. Endolyne Joe’s serves a rotating menu of regional specialties as well as their core menu of favorite comfort foods. Currently, guest can take a taste of Hudson Valley Specialties like those pictured here:

The Hudson Valley stretches from the Hudson River to Westchester County to Albany…all located in New York State. Hudson valley has an up and coming restaurant scene and is well known for its “Farm-To-Table” dining experiences and sustainable food.

Small Fixin’s

  • Farmhouse Flatbread
    Grilled flatbread with aged provolone & pecorino, fired roasted tomato ragout, Kalamata olives, spinach pesto, broccolini & a sunny side up egg.
  • Upstate Charcuterie Board
    Housed smoked apple-maple chicken, thin sliced copa, New York cheddar, herbed chevre, Point Reyers bleu cheese, Kobe beef corn dogs, picked vegetables & crostini.

    Pinwheeled pork belly & loin roasted & sliced. Served on a ciabatta roll with Mama Lil’s peppers, fire roasted tomatoes, rosemary aioli & arugula with garlic seasoned fries.

    Brown sugar-cider brined cottage bacon, shallots, leek & red pepper spiced potato pancake & two eggs over easy. Served with a biscuit.
