‘Yoga by the Sound’ at Environmental Science Center Saturday, June 23

Come hear about the environmental stewardship ESC is doing in the community before relaxing and rewinding at the Environmental Science Center in Seahurst Park on Saturday, June 23.

This event will run from 10 – 11 a.m.

ESC members attend this class for free, while members of the general public will be charged $15. Become an ESC member to attend for free and support environmental education!

“Open windows mean fresh air and natural sounds during this all-levels yoga practice!”

The class will be led by Teanna Gentry, Trainer and Director of Operations at Hot Feet Fitness in Burien. With a focus on holistic health and sustainability, they have create a welcoming atmosphere for folks with any level of fitness experience. Classes range from high intensity fitness classes to restorative yin yoga, from senior yoga to practices for children. Specific to the feel within each of the classes, HFF instructors provide options for all body types and ability levels.

Beginners or experienced folks are welcome for this unique opportunity.The Center will not be heated, but open air, so that the sounds of birds, the sea, and the natural sounds of the park will be incorporated into the hour long practice.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle, we will provide all additional props.
