UPDATE 6/10/18: Anjell Jesse told The B-Town Blog that her car was found by police Sunday morning, June 10, in the back parking lot of some apartments at 10625 22nd Place S.:

“The windows were down and doors unlocked. They were smart enough to put a parking break on though, surprisingly.

“The thieves took almost all of my father’s tools. His ladder, band saw, tool set, anything of value. We’ll continue searching for those tools, but thankfully some people have stepped up and offered to chip in a few pieces. Still, it’s going to cost a few thousand to get my dad back up to full and completely ready to do his work.

“Thank you for all your help. Hopefully the thieves are caught.”

Anjell Jesse told The B-Town Blog that her father’s 1996 dark blue Nissan Altima was stolen from a driveway at the corner of 4th Ave S. and S. 128th Street (map below).

The car was stolen sometime between midnight and 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 9.

“The vehicle contains almost every single tool my father owns, and since he works in construction this means he can no longer work and earn money, putting our family in even more of a bind,” she said.

The car is a 1996 dark blue Nissan Altima, with many paint problems, including a huge chunk of paint completely missing from the trunk area.

The license plate is ARX4258.

“As I said, it had all of my father’s tools, which included a Rigid saw with a very easily distinguishable case. The black case had the lid partly melted when a burner it was rest on was accidentally bumped and turn on, leaving a large, round hole in the lid.”

Below are photos of a similar car (NOT the actual vehicle), that Anjell made some very simple additions in paint in an attempt to make it look more like the vehicle:

If you have any information about this vehicle, please call Burien Police at (206) 296-3311 and reference incident #025735.

“Thank you for any help you can provide.”
