Sun-dappled tables in the shade of a kiwi-tree, dazzling dahlias in bloom swaying in the soft September breeze…such are the things of High Tea served in the brimming parish garden at historic St.Luke’s Episcopal Church in Old Renton.

Ideally situated across from Jones Park at 99 Wells Ave South, St. Luke’s will offer a lucky few a sumptuous traditionally English-styled high tea, elegantly served with linens, china and gleaming silver at this Saturday’s English Fête.

Savories, finger sandwiches,tarts, scones and scratch made clotted cream with berries are a few of the delicacies included in the modest $15.00 per person cost.

Children are welcome at the discounted rate of $10.00, and you can even opt to begin your repast with a mimosa upgrade for just $5.00 additional.

Two limited seatings are available, one at 11:30 AM and again at 1:30 p.m.

Tables can accommodate up to four guests.
