Making Retirement Security Real for Everyone

A forum on protecting and expanding Social Security and Medicare for All Generations

Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, 1 – 2:30 p.m.

Burien Library, 400 SW 152nd Street

Hosted by the Puget Sound Advocates For Retirement Action

Social Security has been one of our government’s most successful programs for over 80 years. It has helped seniors, children, families, and people with disabilities. Medicare is another program that, for more than 50 years, has provided seniors and other Social Security recipients’ medical care.

What will happen if these necessary programs are rolled back, converted to vouchers, or priva-tized? Will seniors who need longterm care still have access to Medicaid? What can we do to defend what we already have and expand these programs to include more of the services we need?

Join PSARA (Puget Sound Advocates for Retirement Action) for an interactive discussion of these vital issues.

Burien Library 400 SW 152nd Street Burien, WA 98166

All are welcome, and it appears there is no need to RSPV – just show up on Thursday, January 10, 1 – 2:30 p.m.
