ZIPANG Sparkling Sake
Zipang Sparkling Saké is a unique and fun new saké from the House of Gekkeikan Lightly carbonated, Zipang’s sparkling style is produced naturally by secondary fermentation in a closed tank. Lively and bright with hints of tropical fruits medium bodied with a refreshing light finish.

TYKU Junmai Sake
A junmai saké imported from NRA, Japan. Crafted from Sake rice polished so only 70% of the grain remains, a process which removes impurities and refines taste. Fresh and slightly sweet with subtle pear notes, leaving softness on the palate. This sake can be enjoyed and chilled like a fine wine or in a delicious cocktail. Pairs well with sushi as well as smoky and robust flavors of grilled proteins.

TYKU Junmai Gingo Sake
A junmai gingo Sake imported from Nara, Japan. Crafted from Sake rice polished so only 55% of the grain remains, this removes impurities for superior taste and quality. With over 200 flavor and higher amino acids, this sake is the perfect alternative to white wine. Pairs will with full-flavored seafood, marinated proteins, and oven roasted dishes. Rich texture exhibits hints of natural sweetness with peach and vanilla on the nose.

TYKU Junmai Cucumber Sake
Only premium Junmai Sake is used to create TYKU Cucumber Sake. The world’s first cucumber sake, crafted to appeal to a new sake drinker with it’s familiar scent and flavor which captures the rejuvenating sensation of a day at the spa. This sake can be enjoyed chilled like a fine wine or in a delicious cocktail. TYKU Nigori Coconut Sake
This nigori Sake is also known as a “Cloudy Sake”, the secret to Nigori Sake’s lusciously sweet flavor is the small amount of rice purposely unfiltered to leave behind a rich, creamy taste.
