Shots were exchanged when a man was carjacked in his driveway by three armed suspects in the 400 block of S. 191st Place (map below) in Burien Sunday night, Jan. 20. Police say that the victim was met at his home by the suspects – one of which was armed with a gun. The victim – who was also armed – shot at one of the suspects, but missed. The suspect then shot back, but also missed. “We do not believe anyone was hit,” Sgt. Ryan Abbott of the King County Sheriff’s Office told The B-Town Blog. Police say the suspects arrived in a black sedan with an unknown plate, then stole the victim’s vehicle, a white Toyota RAV4, license #AGM2805. Police add that the occupants are armed. The location of this carjacking is just east of the Criminal Justice Training Center.
