On Wednesday morning (Feb. 13), Burien Police Special Emphasis Team Detectives conducted two search warrants with the assistance of King County’s Tac-30 (SWAT) Team. These warrants were the result of a month-long investigation into narcotics distribution in the City of Burien. During the search warrant, detectives recovered the following:

  • 2 handguns
  • 5 shotguns
  • Body armor
  • 1 pound of methamphetamine
  • 1/2 pound of heroin
  • 380 pills stamped as Percocet (opioid)
  • $10,000 in cash proceeds from selling drugs
The suspect in this case is a 13-time convicted felon, with prior firearms convictions. “As a result of this investigation, a dangerous individual is now in jail!”]]>
