Donors are needed for a Blood Drive from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. this Thursday, Sept. 12 at Burien City Hall:

All blood types needed! Our daily mission and responsibility is to make sure our local hospitals have the life-saving blood products they need. Daily collections this summer have averaged less than 700, but it takes about 900 donors a day to maintain a sufficient blood supply for the 100 hospitals served by Bloodworks. Due to inventory staying at alarmingly low levels all summer, Bloodworks Northwest is making a special plea for donors right now. We really need the support of all of our donors to help lift our inventory, to ensure we can keep up with patient demand.

There are lots of appointments open for platelet donation or whole blood donation – please sign up here or through the app! Walk-ins welcome around scheduled donors!
