Boomerang Summer consists of three Highline High School grads, including Trevor Rasmussen, Ian McKamey and Ben Johnston.
The City of Burien’s FREE annual Music and Movies in the Park (we’re Sponsors) is back, with Boomerang Summer headlining this Thursday night, August 11th, at Lake Burien School Park. The Trevor Ras Trio is opening in support of its latest acoustic record, Blue Sky.
The concert runs from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
“Summer is here and time to head to the park and enjoy some music and movies brought to you by Burien Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services!” reads a press release. “Bring your blanket, your lawn chairs, dancing shoes and picnic dinner to Lake Burien School Park and our new location at Hilltop School in North Burien!”
The concerts concludes the summer series which started July 7 and has featured Blues, Samba, Big Band, Rock and more.
