Have a whale of a time during a (sea)star studded evening benefiting local students on Saturday, March 4, starting at 5 p.m. at the Normandy Park Cove.
The evening will include a previous student speaker, Surbhi Ghadia, who now studies oceanography at the University of Washington as well as the unveiling of new video footage of ESC’s impact on students during their Beach and Salmon Heros programs in South king County. There will be drawings for many high value items, such as Alaska Airline Tickets, flight simulations, resort and spa gift certificates and more. Enjoy environmentally themed carnival style games during the cocktail hour for a fun filled night!
Dinner is provided by Madre’s Kitchen, and is serving a delicious French Themed cuisine followed by a competitive Dessert Dash. Beer and wine will be available throughout the night, as well as a wine wall competition that includes a chance to win a bottle of Dom Perignon!
Don’t miss this exciting event! Proceeds from this event support over 9000 students who receive environmental education that focuses on continued curiosity, scientific inquiry and environmental stewardship.
