Help Burien’s Hi-Liners “Make the Rent” at their Second Annual Rummage Sale this weekend at the Burien Annex, with donation and setup day Friday, and the big sale all day Saturday.
“Bring your rummage donations to the Burien Annex Friday,” reads an announcement. “Then come shop the sale on Saturday, April 14th, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Burien Annex.”
Volunteers are also needed to help with setting up on Friday, and they need help all day Saturday with selling and cleaning up afterwards. Please contact them for more information, or to volunteer here.
This is a huge, multi-family rummage sale that will benefit The Hi-Liners, with the sale going on Saturday April 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the auditorium of the Burien Community Center Annex, located at 14501 4th Ave SW (corner of 4th Ave SW and SW 146th Street, enter parking lot from 4th).
There will be furniture, housewares, clothing, toys, books, tools (including a radial arm saw, drill press, and table saw) and more!
Organizers are also accepting donations of gently used items on Friday April 13, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Annex.
The Hi-Liners is a non-profit youth musical theatre organization based in Burien. We provide classes, camps, workshops, and production opportunities to all school age youth. This fundraiser supports all our programs and helps us keep the cost of tuition and tickets low. Our programs benefit youth by providing a safe, nurturing environment for self discovery. It is well documented that having the arts in a student’s life gives them better classroom skills.
