A FREE Down Payment Assistance Seminar will be held from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 15th at Prudential Northwest Realty, located in Olde Burien.
It will be presented by trained Washington State Housing Finance Commission Instructors.
“If you or someone you know have NOT owned a home in the last three years,” reads an email, “and have attended this training you are eligible for the Down Payment Assistance program.”
