The Burien Arts Commission will be hosting its first Burien Open Studio Event the weekend of May 2 & 3, 2020.
Burien Open Studios is a free, two-day, self-guided tour of artist’s studios in the city of Burien and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The event will give the community the opportunity to go behind the scenes to experience the work of Burien’s professional creative community and give artist the opportunity to showcase and sell their works.
The event will be held on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Organizers are looking for the following:

- Artists with studios
- Artists with studios willing to host one or more artists in their spaces
- Artists without studios interested in being hosted in a studio
- Volunteers to help at the studios as docents.
