  1. Jim Graddon is one of the finest police officers I have ever known. He is the epitome of professionalism. When I had the privilege of taking the Citizens Police Academy, Jim was a huge part of it’s success. The citizens will miss Jim and the way he treats everybody with respect.
    Good Luck, Mr Gaddon on your retirement. I salute your career.
