In conjunction with the Burien Wellness Fair, Hospitality House is having their ‘Walk for the Women’ fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 20, starting at 10 a.m.
Hospitality House, the only homeless women’s shelter in south King County, has helped provide a temporary home for hundreds of women since 2000.
“Come join us at the Burien Square for a gentle two mile walk around Burien to benefit the women of Hospitality House,” reads an announcement. “All are welcome to join the walk including well-behaved dogs!”
Pre-registration fee is $20, which goes up to $25 on the day of the walk.
