On Oct. 18, the Clover Park Warriors never stopped trying as the Pirates beat them 9-1 (click images to see larger versions/slideshow): 16 17 33 70 84 111 On Oct. 24, the Pirates played Renton. Renton was able to get ahead of the Pirates 2-1 until the last two minutes of the game. After several close attempts, Senior Pirate Aya kicked from the thirty-yard line and scored when no one expected it. The game ended in a 2-2 tie: 27 34_1 40 50 75-ablock On Oct. 26, the Pirates beat Franklin Pierce 2-1 at Highline Memorial.     It was great to meet you and talk for a short while last night at the game. I’ve been following your blog for the past week. You do an outstanding job and I really appreciate your enthusiasm for High School athletics. Highline is a 1st class team and I wish them luck vs Orting Thursday night. Keep up the good work !!
