Burien Police responded to a reported domestic assault involving a firearm at the View Ridge apartments in the 100 block of SW 155th Street of Burin shortly after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20.

Police told The B-Town Blog that a woman called 911 and said her roommate had pointed a gun at her.

When deputies arrived the female, age 42, came outside and told deputies that the male suspect was still inside.

Police told the man out to come out, and he exited the house and was taken into custody without incident.

“Based on statements from both subjects the woman had been staying with him temporarily for a few weeks and he decided she needed to leave,” Sgt. Cindi West said. “During the argument about her leaving he pointed a gun at her and threatened her.”
