On Sunday evening (Oct. 21) just after 6 p.m., a Burien Police Deputy witnessed a white Cadillac driving backwards onto 1st Ave South. The officer attempted to stop the car, but the driver took off (in forward we presume). After a short pursuit, the female driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed the nice big Caddy into a yard at 4th Ave SW & SW 129th Street (map below). She was arrested at the scene and later booked into the SCORE Jail for investigation of Eluding. Frank Leyritz – who shared the photos – told The B-Town Blog that the driver missed a fire hydrant by three feet before plowing through a resident’s cyclone fence and ending up under the home’s 2nd level patio/porch. Luckily, nobody was injured. ]]>
