Seniors at Village Concepts of Burien – El Dorado West (an Advertiser) will gather together this Valentine’s Day to celebrate Earling “Bub” and Eva Lauritz’s 74 years of marriage!
The couple will be renewing their vows, having been together for a total of 75 years…WOW!
The Vow Renewal will take place at 11 a.m. this Thursday, Feb. 14, at El Dorado West, located at 1010 SW 134th ST Burien, 98146.
Bub and Eva Lauritz met in St. Paul, MN while he was stationed in the coast guard, and they married on Friday, Oct. 27, 1944 in Decatur, Alabama.
Eva calls Earling “Bud Lite,” and he refers to her as “Cutie Doll.”
Both are 98-years old. They have three children.
Family and residents will be in attendance, and a local pastor will be officiating the ceremony.
There will be lunch served at the following reception.
