The Burien Brat Trot – coming Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019 – is a flat and fast 5k and one mile race through the streets of Burien followed by the best street party around…Bavarian Fest!
This event is complete with beer gardens, live bands, sausage, activities for the kids, food, and so much more. There will even have a pre-race warm up led by Hot Feet Fitness of Burien!
The run is family-friendly, stroller-friendly, and a great time for all.
And, most importantly, all proceeds benefit the students of Highline Public Schools.

PUB CRAWL WILL BE FRIDAY, SEPT. 27, 2019
Register either as a Pub Crawl Participant or a VIP with special swag. Head out as a pack to as many identified Burien establishments as you can on Crawl Night – earn points, endure challenges, have a blast! All teams participating are entered to win great prizes. Winners announced on race day. Register online in advance or at the door at the Tin room on crawl night between 6 and 7 p.m. All proceeds support Highline Schools Foundation!
PUB CRAWL RULES:
Check in at the Tin Room between 6 and 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, where you will receive:
- A pub crawl T-shirt (one per person!)
- Your “crawling” orders! (where to go, how it works, etc.)
- Teams can be as little as two people – nor as large as eight!
- The crawl starts and ends at the Tin Room.
- 7 p.m. start, 10 p.m. finish.
- Must be 21 to participate. ID will be checked. No babes in arms.
- PLEASE CRAWL RESPONSIBLY!
BECOME A PUB CRAWL VIP!
- $40 per person in advance
- $45 per person at the door.
As a Brat Trot Pub Crawl VIP you will be treated like the very important person you are with a FREE beer to kick off your night, fabulous Brat Trot swag, extra prize raffle entries, and other VIP-only treats we are too excited to tell you about! Most importantly, when you are a pub crawl VIP-style, you help more kids in our community!

The Highline Schools Foundation was established in 1999 to support the work of Highline Public Schools which serves the communities of Burien, Des Moines, Normandy Park, Beverly Park, SeaTac, and White Center. We are the only non-profit organization which supports all schools in Highline Public Schools.
