Courtesy Elston Hill comes these great photos of beautiful trillium plants seen at Walker Preserve in Normandy Park on Wednesday.

“The trillium are the most abundant that I have experienced there in several visits over the years,” Elston said. “Hikers can hike a safe distance from each other. There is nothing to touch and even the gate has been removed. The fresh air and exercise are good for you.”

And don’t forget – spring starts Thursday, Mar. 19 – get out and enjoy some socially distant appreciation of the beauty around you!

For now, enjoy these relaxing zen moments courtesy our outstanding local Photographer.
