The Burien/White Center Rotary Club will be holding a Town Hall meeting on the opioid crisis on Thursday, May 30, 2019, starting at 7 p.m. at NAVOS’ Revelle Hall.

“We are all aware there is an opioid crisis!” Organizers said. “We want to help the community know that there is also a positive and important effort being made to cope with the present problem and help prevent it from touching more lives and reducing the impact on those already affected.”

“A strong community is a well informed and supportive community. Please join in the effort to shed a light of hope on this issue.”

Thanks to the work of Gwen Fraser, organizers have secured a venue, a moderator and a group of panelists for this event.

There is no cost to attend, but they are asking for a suggested donation at the door of $10 per person.
