DESCRIPTION:WHEN: Friday\, March 22\, 2024\, 7 – 8:30 p.m.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTHEME(s): “Paths Not Taken” and/or “Diary Entries.“\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHERE: Highline Heritage Museum is located at 819 SW 152nd Street in Burien:\n\n\n\n\nThe next 7 Stories event – set for Friday night\, Mar. 22\, 2024 at the Highline Heritage Museum – will be based on the theme(s) ‘Paths Not Taken’/’Diary Entries.’ \nDoors will open at 6:35 p.m.\, so come in early\, take a seat\, visit your neighbor\, and enjoy the stories! \nThis event is FREE (donations gratefully accepted). \nThis night’s theme will focus on when you purposely didn’t take the usual path – the fighting\, angry path (what happened then?). Or maybe it’s more like a diary entry story that has significance to you. \nThere are SO many possibilities here and every story is so unique. It’s not a literary event. You’re sharing your true story with us. And…we’ll love it! \nAs Paul from Fresh Ground Stories (a mentor storytelling group) advises: \n\n\n\n “Remember to practice your story out loud on as many people as possible and time yourself when you’re doing it. Please don’t get onstage if you haven’t practiced your story. The audience is giving you their time and attention.
