DESCRIPTION:Discover Burien’s “Uncorked Wine Walk” will take place on Saturday afternoon\, Oct. 12\, 2024 in downtown Burien\, offering attendees a chance to explore local businesses while enjoying a variety of wines from participating wineries.  \nThe event\, which will run from 1 – 6 p.m.\, encourages wine enthusiasts to sample wines\, discover new local favorites\, and purchase bottles to take home. \nFor a ticket price of $40\, participants will receive a personal wine glass\, a hands-free glass holder\, a map of participating businesses\, and 15 tasting tokens\, each good for a 1-ounce pour. \nTickets must be purchased in advance\, and attendees will check in at Discover Burien\, located at 611 SW 152nd Street (map below)\, starting at 1 p.m. on the day of the event. \n\nIn addition to wine tastings\, the event will feature a gift basket raffle.\nEvery attendee will receive one raffle ticket upon check-in\, and additional raffle tickets can be earned by shopping at participating retailers or restaurants.\nFor every $10 spent\, participants will receive an extra raffle ticket.\nGuests will also have the opportunity to purchase bottles of wine directly from wineries at the Discover Burien office during the event.
