DESCRIPTION:The Orchestra of Flight will be presenting its Fall Concert at St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church in Burien on Saturday\, Nov. 9\, 2024 at 2 p.m.   \nThe event is FREE to the public\, and will feature an eclectic selection of pieces\, spanning classical\, cinematic\, and popular genres. \nThe program includes Franz von Suppé’s “Light Cavalry Overture\,” a suite from John Barry’s Dances with Wolves\, and a tribute to Elvis Presley titled “A Tribute to the King.” The orchestra will also perform Grieg’s stirring “Huldigungsmarsch” from Sigurd Jorsalfar\, along with other selections. \nSupported by local donors and grants from the City of Burien and King County’s 4Culture\, the non-profit Orchestra of Flight continues its mission to provide accessible performances for the community. \nAttendees are encouraged to arrive early\, as seating is first-come\, first-served. \n\n\n\nFor more information\, visit the Orchestra of Flight’s website or social media pages. \nSt. Elizabeth Episcopal Church is located at 1005 SW 152nd Street.
