DESCRIPTION:Burien Arts’ Vision 20/20 Gala is returning from 6 – 8 p.m. on Saturday\, Nov. 23\, 2024 as Vision 2024 with NEW\, exciting changes\, and Art is needed. \nAlways held the Saturday before Thanksgiving\, this is a gala\, so attire is your artist gala costume\, fancy pantaloons\, or cocktail attire. Wearable artistic fashion has become a hit at this event! \nThe venue will again be the SeaTac Community Center (map below)\, with a lovely ballroom and plenty of parking for event patrons. \nCH-CH-CH-CH-CHANGES\n\nIn a change this year\, the event will feature about 50 artists offering their choice of small works\, priced $40-$200 with one work priced over $200 allowed per display tower side.\nAny size and medium of original art is allowed.\nBurien Arts is charging a space rental of $50 for one side of a 2 ” x 6″ display tower\, maximum two sides per artist.\nArtists will cashier their own sales with no commission due to Burien Arts.\n\nThere will be live music\, food\, and wine. \nFind out more and apply at the Burien Arts website’s Vision 2024 tab. \nYes\, we will still have the opening bell for sales during the event\, so attendees have plenty of time to browse and visit with artists. \nFeel free to call Grace at (206) 795-5783 with any questions. \n“We look forward to a wonderful event and your participation as an artist or an attendee\,” organizers said. \nAdmission is free\, as is the parking. \nEvent Details\n\nWHEN: Saturday\, Nov. 23\, 2024\, from 6 – 8 p.m.\nARTIST DEADLINE: Nov. 17\, 2024 at midnight.\nWHERE: Banquet Room\, SeaTac Community Center\, 13735 24th Avenue South\, SeaTac\, WA (by the Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden).
