DESCRIPTION:Boy Scout Troop #392’s annual Christmas Tree Recycling event continues on Saturday\, Jan. 4\, 2025\, giving local residents an eco-friendly way to dispose of their holiday trees while supporting scouting activities. \nTree drop-off will take place at John Knox Presbyterian Church\, located at 109 SW Normandy Road (map below)\, on: \n\nSaturday\, Jan. 4\, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nOrganizers ask that all trees be free of flocking\, tinsel\, decorations\, and nails. Proceeds will help fund troop activities\, including camps\, merit badge programs\, and community service projects. \nTroop 392’s recycling effort is separate from other local Scout tree recycling services happening in the area\, including a recent program hosted by Burien Troop 375.
