DESCRIPTION:A new art exhibit by local Artist Trisha Gilmore will open Friday night\, April 4\, 2025 at the Highline Heritage Museum\, showcasing intricate textile works in a show titled “Wool and Flowers.” \nThe exhibition opens with a public reception on Friday from 5 to 6:30 p.m.\, and will run through June. \nThe show is presented in partnership with the Burien Arts Association and 4Culture\, and supported by ArtsWA. \nGilmore’s work explores floral imagery through the tactile medium of wool\, blending vibrant color and texture in hand-crafted pieces that invite close inspection. \nParking and entrance to the exhibit are free. \nSold artwork benefits the artist and the Burien Arts Association. \nMeet and welcome the new Burien Arts Gallery Wall Program Chairperson\, Essa Baird.
