DESCRIPTION:The Burien City Council could appoint a new councilmember at its meeting on Monday\, July 27\, after interviewing five finalists for the vacant Position No. 2 seat. \nThe meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Burien City Hall (map below)\, and can be viewed live on Comcast TV Channel 21\, via Zoom here and via live-stream here. \nAs we previously reported\, the five candidates selected for interviews are: \n\nJacques Colon\nJessica Ivey\nKrystal Marx\nTorrance Dixon\nPatricia Hudson\n\nEach candidate will have up to 20 minutes to interview with the council during the public meeting.
