Troop #392 Christmas Tree Recycling is Dec. 27 & Jan. 3

Scouting America Troop #392 will host a Christmas tree recycling fundraiser in Normandy Park with drop off dates in late December and early January, according to an event flyer.

The drop off site will be at John Knox Presbyterian Church in Normandy Park (map below) on:

• Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The troop is also offering local tree pickup within a five mile radius of Normandy Park, a new option this year.

“Can’t bring your tree? We’ll come to you!” the flyer says.

Organizers listed a suggested donation of $20 to $30 per tree for both drop off and pickup.

Donations support Troop 392, and the troop will accept cash, check, and Venmo at the drop off site.
